Gutters and Downspouts

Feature: Seamless aluminum gutters & downspouts with tip-up extensions.
Benefit: Seamless aluminum provides a leak free and economical system that won’t rust like steel. The 5” wide gutter and downspout network is more than ample to handle the region’s rainfall and deliver it away from the foundation where it won’t be able to harm your basement walls. Downspouts with tip-up extensions provide added convenience when mowing the lawn.

Feature: Direct downspout collectors (as required).
Benefit: In areas where it is impractical to use downspout extensions for adequate drainage, downspout collectors will route water directly to the storm sewer. This can be especially beneficial around front entrances where downspout drainage to grade may cause a dangerous, iced-over concrete walk.
